How do I make a return?
Please email customerservice@crabwizardgear.com and let us know what you would like to return and the reason for the return. If the return meets the conditions of our return policy, we will contact you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

You may return items purchased at Crabwizardgear.com in new condition. Items must be received within 30 days of purchase and include order number and reason for return.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges. If the reason for return is to exchange a size on apparel items, you are responsible for shipping charges for the return and your original shipping charges will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the shipping charge to replace the item with a new size.
